Sic Bo Live from EntwineTech Review
Published: 15 January 2020 / Updated: 22 March 2022
Sic Bo is a Chinese casino game that is purely based on chance. The game dynamics are rather simplistic, but those that haven’t played Sic Bo before might find the table layout quite confusing at first. Fear not, as the game is rather easy to learn, and once you have a better understanding of the game rules, it can turn into quite a fun and exciting gaming experience, especially in a live dealer setting.
EntwineTech launched their Live Sic Bo game in 2014, and although Sic Bo is not very popular around the world, they managed to attract quite a bit of traffic with their well-presented live dealer offering.
How to Play Sic Bo by EntwineTech
Live dealer Sic Bo is played by using three dice. Players simply need to predict the dice result by placing their chips on the table layout in front of them. The dealer will then press a button where the three dice are rolled inside a box. In EntwineTech’s version, the dice are quite large and are placed in a transparent box to ensure players can see the result. If the dice result is correctly predicted, the player wins.
Playing Sic Bo from EntwineTech offers the same experience you would expect from a land-based casino. The game equipment is the same, and the live dealers oversee each round.
EntwineTech has invested in the most advanced technologies to ensure a thrilling real experience. The video feed is in full HD, making the visual quality secure, clear, and stable with every round.
Sic Bo Bets and Payouts
- Small/Big Bet - A Small Bet will win if the total sum of the three dice is between 4 and 10, whereas a Big Bet win will be recorded when the total sum of the three dice is between 11 and 17. It's worth mentioning however that when the three dice display the same number (Three of a Kind), none of the two bets will win. The payout for both bets is 1 to 1.
- Number Bet - Placing a number bet indicates that you want a specific number to be displayed on as many of the dice as possible. You can select a number ranging from 1 to 6. Should your number be displayed once, your payout is 1 to 1, and if twice, you will receive a payout of 2 to 1. If your number happens to come up three times, then the payout will be increased to 3 to 1.
- Pair Bet - Players can make a wager on any of the 15 two-dice combinations. A Pair bet will payout 5 to 1.
- Total Bet - The goal when making a total bet is for the total sum of all three dice to be a specific amount ranging from 4 to 17, with numbers 3 and 18 being excluded.
- Double Bet - When placing a Double Bet, it will be on a particular pair to be displayed. This type of bet will payout 10 to 1.
- Triple Bet - This kind of bet relates to a bet on three identical cards to be displayed. The payout for this is 180 to 1.
- Any triple - Players will win when all three dice display the same number, and the payout ratio for this type of bet is 30 to 1.
